AMATEUR TITLE BOUT AGREEMENT
Matchmaking points are used in order to fairly match opponents for competition. Each win is awarded one (1) full point, each loss is awarded with one half of one (1/2) point. No more
than THREE(3) points of separation is allowed between fighters with less than 10 points. 10 points or more is excluded from the THREE(3) point separation. A catch weight
agreement is not allowed to be used during a competition in which a championship title belt is awarded. Both fighters must fall within the designated weight class using the provisions
set fourth in the rules and regulations.

These contestants agree to participate in an AMATEUR mixed martial arts bout sponsored by the promoter and sanctioned by Combat Sports Commission on the_________ day of

The contestants agree to abide by all rules as set fourth by the sanctioning body and the State of Missouri.
Both fighters agree to the following match time lengths and number of rounds, by each initialing next to appropriate time; (default is 3/ 3:00)

The contestants agree that this document constitutes an appearance agreement of both contestants as described within. Should a contestant not be able to adhere to this
agreement. Contact must be made immediately to the Promoter and by email to admin@combatsportscommission.com with a full written explanation and any documentation.
Should this agreement not be adhered to; fines, suspensions; or expulsions are a possibility and I agree to abide by these terms. A No Show will result in a 30 day suspension and a
$100 promoter reimbursement fine and a $50 CSC fine. A No Call, No Show, will result in a 60 day suspension and a $150 promoters reimbursement fine and a $50 CSC fine. All
participants have the right to a review board hearing for any disciplinary actions taken against you. A notification must be received by CSC within 7 days of the date of infraction.

will be enforced and the contestant’s weight span may not exceed ten (10) pounds (excluding the super heavyweight category)).
