| PROMOTERS PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ALL ADVERTISEMENTS(FLIERS, POSTERS, RADIO, NEWSPAPER, etc...) NEED TO HAVE THE CSC LOGO ATTACHED OR NOTIFICATION MADE THAT THE CSC IS SANCTIONING YOUR EVENT. THIS IS A STATE REGULATION AND MUST BE FOLLOWED IN ORDER TO CONDUCT YOUR EVENT!!! PART OF THE SANCTIONING APPROVAL, IS HAVING THIS DONE!! THANK YOU!! |
| IMPORTANT!!----->PROMOTERS<-----READ!! AS OF MARCH 30, 2010 ALL "POTENTIAL" FIGHTER LISTS(FIGHTERS POTENTIALLY FIGHTING ON YOUR CARD) NEED TO BE TURNED IN TO THE REPS WORKING YOUR EVENT 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT FOR FIGHTER APPROVALS. THIS IS PART OF THE SANCTIONING AGREEMENT AND NEEDS TO BE FOLLOWED ACCORDINGLY. THERE HAVE BEEN INSTANCES LATELY WHERE FIGHTERS HAVE BEEN FIGHTING WHILE ON SUSPENSION. EVEN THOUGH THE FIGHTER KNOWS HE IS ON SUSPENSION, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SANCTIONING BODY TO CONFIRM THEIR STATUS. NO FIGHTERS WILL BE ADDED TO THE LIST ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT, FINAL LIST IS STILL SUBJECT TO APPROVAL. |

We have no need to copy and past rules from other Organizations to prove that we do it better, we have done it through EXPERIENCE!! Fighter Safety is still our #1 Priority in this Sport.
