Sanctioning, Insurance and Officials Fees
Sanctioning Fees Breakdown
FIGHTER MEDICAL INSURANCE
We can assist you in locating a source for your insurance needs.
5000/5000/500 Fighter Medical Insurance (REQUIRED as of Sept 1, 2008)
Insurance coverage is for 10 bouts and costs $1000(minimum), Additional bouts have an additional charge of $100 each
Proof of insurance is Due 14(Fourteen) day prior to your event.
VENUE LIABILITY INSURANCE
$1 million/$2 million aggregate will vary depending on the size of the Venue. CALL FOR A QUOTE!!
Sanctioning fees
45 days or sooner $250
44 -30 days prior $350
29 - 15 days prior $450
Less than 15 days $550
Sanctioning Fee must be sent within the time lines above in order to receive that pricing.
Officials *Due day of event
Representative $100 +$10 per fight (200 min)
Referee $20 per fight (200 min)
2nd Referee $10 per fight (100 min) training position
Timekeeper $75 per event (up to 15 fights)
3 judges $75 per event ea. (up to 15 fights)
Plus mileage and lodging if eligible
*Mileage Reimbursement Up to $.40 per Mile
Gas Mileage may be reimbursed at a rate of up to $.40 per mile.
*Lodging Reimbursement $65.00 Maximum per day
Only Fighters or Officials traveling more than 90 miles one way are eligible for reimbursement. or arrangements for lodging. *Only the actual costs
may be reimbursed, receipt required.
Required Additions
We can assist you in locating the following persons. Scheduling them will be up to the promoter.
Announcers, Security, Matchmaker, Physician (required), and 2 EMT-P's w/ ambulance (required)
Below is what you can expect to pay for these;
Announcers $100
Security $100 plus $50 per person
Matchmaker $25+ per person matched
EMT-P's w/ Ambulance $150/hr and up (approximately)
Physician $300 (approximately)
Regional Titles $225.00 per Belt
Fighters must meet eligibility requirements to compete for this belt.
Sectional Titles $250.00 per Belt
Fighters must meet all eligibility requirements to compete for this belt.
State Titles $275.00 (Promoter and CSC split the Cost)
Fighters must meet all eligibility requirements to compete for this belt.
